March 2011 - New Staff Appointments

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Malcolm Neale as Service Manager. Malcolm was previously responsible for service matters in the South of England. He will now be responsible for all after sales service.

Due to our continued growth in the University market, we are pleased to welcome an addition to our Service Team with the appointment of Barney Yabbacome. Barney will be based in the East Midlands and will primarily support customers in the East Midlands and the M1 corridor. He will also provide cover for Mike Higgins in the North and Malcolm in the South.

We are also pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Lipscombe as Software Developer. As part of our commitment to develop Telepen products in line with market demands, Ryan will assist John Catchpole in all aspects of software development. This will give John more time to focus on the future development of Sentry Isis and Isis Room Booking.
